Terms and Conditions (GTC)
The following applies as the user of these terms and conditions:
David Klaus
Langenhorner Chaussee 56
22335 Hamburg
Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (according to § 13 BGB of a “natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity”).
Conclusion of the contract and storage of the contract text
The provisions of these terms and conditions apply to orders that consumers place via the www.davidklaus-shop.de website of the David Klaus shop. The contract is concluded with the user (see “Scope”).
The presentation and description of the goods on the website do not constitute a contract offer.
By ordering a product by clicking on the “order for a fee” button at the end of the ordering process, a consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded when the user sends an order confirmation by email.
The text of the contract is saved with orders. Consumers receive an email with the order details and the applicable terms and conditions. After the conclusion of the contract, the order data can no longer be viewed online.

The statutory sales tax and other price components are included in the prices quoted. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and may also apply. The following payment options are available to consumers:

In the case of payment via bank transfer or PayPal, this period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued.

The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods lies with the user until the goods are handed over and is transferred to the consumer upon handover.
